Madeline (Maddie) Williams is never forgotten, and you'd better as HELL remember that, or you'll get bludgeoned by a barb-wired hockey stick! She was commissioned into existence by the highest authority of Earth in the year 2654, to handle some kind of occurrence that is supposed to happen between 2012 and 2015. She is a computer-program-based, android-cyborg with technology inside her no human can understand at this point. Currently, the barcode on the back of her neck (having been replaced there when the one behind her ear became too hard to reach), belongs to Gilbert Beilschmidt, a cop who was thrown into her mix by accident, and he has a matching code hidden on his person that can deactivate her.

Unlike her sweet, invisible counterpart, 2P!Maddie is unpredictable- harsh, rash and aspires to be the best (or worst?) she can be. She hates 2P!France with a passion, and rebelled against him when she was young, successfully gaining her independence in a bloody war before 2P!England could ever "obtain" her. She does, however, greatly enjoy 2p!England's cooking.

You want quiet, cautious, secretly-heroic-in-her-own-gentle-way? Not gonna happen. Her righteousness is not shown in her good deeds- she wants the world to herself and no Russian or 2P!Italian is going to stand in her way of total and utter world domination! Not only that, but her quickly enhancing hacking skills have lead her to steal a certain part of the world's money she's hiding somewhere special for a particular occasion. She'll ally herself if necessary, but she's WAY too cautious, and would rather fall back on Al and Matt than trust anyone else to watch her back.
